Cheryl K. Woolley is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California,
licensed in 1998. She has extensive experience in taxation in the following
industries/areas; real estate, real estate development, international and
entertainment businesses. Employment highlights include KPMG Peat Marwick,
Quantum Peripherals (Europe), Inc. (setting up the international headquarters in
Switzerland and the inventory sites in Amsterdam, Ireland and Singapore),
Provident Financial Management, Perspectives International, Inc (her own
consulting corporation), and CKM Management, Inc. (her own business
management firm).
Cheryl graduated in 1988 from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California with a
BS in Accounting. Cheryl has taken some Graduate level courses in Taxation at
Golden Gate University in Century City.
Cheryl is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and
the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
