Mr. Woolley has over twenty (20) years of progressive experience in the administrative and
accounting fields. He has extensive experience in finance, management, strategic planning,
Business Process Reengineering (BPR), continuous process improvement, financial
analysis, corporate acquisitions and mergers. He has managed and consulted with
organizations from small businesses to fortune 500 corporations.
In both the private and public sectors, Mr. Woolley’s combined years of experience
encompasses project management, corporate management, project development, systems
management, financial audit preparation (pre-audit), due diligence, corporate tax and finance
in a variety of entertainment, service and manufacturing industries.
He has been instrumental in the development of program strategy, capitalizing on
operational assets (people, performance, processes, and infrastructure) and has been
instrumental in obtaining financing and investments for several corporations.
Mr. Woolley has associations with the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and
held the position of Treasurer for the Ventura Chapter of the IMA from 2001 to 2003. He
holds a B.S.B.A in Accounting from University of Phoenix, with high distinction.
Mr. Woolley has professional training and education in: California Tax Preparation (CTEC /
CRTP), Financial Auditing, Systems Management, MS Dynamics, Great Plains,
Timberline, Macola, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft 2003 Server and is a Certified
QuickBooks Professional.
Mr. Woolley developed the Accounting Certificate Program for the Conejo Valley Unified
School District Adult Education Services. He has taught Advanced Microsoft application
courses, Insurance system programs and QuickBooks for the Conejo Valley Unified School
District Adult Education Services.
